Day 1

And day one has begun and ended kind of fast today.  It began with a bobcat and a small bulldozer being moved into my yard.  Those 2 vehicles instantly ripped up the grass in the back, on the sideyard, and caused deep ruts in the front yard.  It makes me sick to look out at my destroyed yard.  We got into a disagreement with the diggers today because they wanted us to remove our garden boxes so they could put their dirt there.  That was not in our plans.  That is were we put all of our stuff for storage.  We didn't want to have the garden destroyed.  We compromised by removing 4 of the garden boxes and moving the swingset and most of the stuff over to the side yard.  We wanted them to leave the other 4 boxes alone.  They began digging just a small portion of the foundation by the side of our house, but, then stopped digging after a couple of hours.  They are worried about a rain/snow storm that is predicted this week and they don't ...
